LOCAL SERVICE YOU CAN COUNT ON
Septic Tank Pumping
We provide reliable septic tank pumping to keep your system healthy.
Routine Septic Tank Pumping is recommended every 3-5 years
Regular septic tank pumping is essential to keep your system running efficiently and avoid costly repairs. Over time, solids, grease, and debris build up in the tank, reducing its capacity to properly treat wastewater. If left un-pumped, this buildup can lead to clogs, backups, or even complete system failure.
The ideal pumping schedule varies based on household size, water usage, and septic-safe habits. When solids and debris take up 25% of your tank, a pump is recommended. We measure solids during the inspection process. Whether it’s been a while since your last service or you're unsure when it’s due, now is the perfect time to act.

Short Term Rental Compliance Made Simple
If you operate a short-term rental on a septic system, Summit County Environmental Health requires most tanks to be pumped at least every three years for licensing and renewal. Regular pumping ensures compliance and helps prevent clogs, backups, and costly system failures—especially important when hosting guests who don't adhere to septic safe practices.
Because short-term rentals often experience higher-than-average usage, we recommend annual septic inspections to catch potential issues early and keep your system performing at its best and keep guests happy without any septic impacts on their stay.
