SEPTIC PUMPING:
The EPA recommends pumping every 3-5 years or when solids reach 25-30% of your tanks 4' liquid depth. We measure solids as part of our initial system inspection to determine whether or not a pump is due. We have the utmost integrity, if a pump is not due we inspect and test all of your key system components and simply charge an inspection fee. We are certified and licensed OWTS pumpers for Summit County Environmental Health.
SEPTIC INSPECTIONS
The EPA recommends inspecting every 1-3 years. Our team is certified by Summit County Environmental Health, the National Association of Wastewater Technicians (NAWT) & Colorado Professionals in Onsite Wastewater (CPOW) to inspect and pump traditional and AdvanTex® Treatment Systems. If you are buying or selling a property in Summit County and need a Summit County Environmental Health Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OTWS) Use Permit Inspection, an inspection and pump for a Short-Term Rental License (required every 3 years), applying for a building permit to remodel your home, need an HOA inspection, or just a peace of mind inspection to see how solids are pacing, you can count on our experienced team.

Equipped with septic inspection cameras (CCTV), sonar locators, jetting machines, snakes, and years of experience, Summit County Septic will go above and beyond to help remedy whatever septic troubles you are experiencing (please note, we are not plumbers, we only deal with septic systems, and we are not system installers).
OUR PRICES
Septic inspections start at $175. The cost to pump is based on tank size, ease of lid access and ease of pumping logistics. Tank sizes are generally 1,000-gallons, 1,250-gallons, 1,500-gallons and 2,000-gallons some systems also have a dosing chamber (third chamber/lid with a siphon or effluent pump). If you don't know, that's okay, we can find out. Message us for a quote.

Kyle and Emma were great! We had someone throw a rock down out cleanout, which caused a sewer backup. He was able to get out there promptly to diagnose the issue and come up with a plan. There were a lot of unfortunate obstacles which escalated the costs, but Kyle and Emma were able to work with me to come up with a payment plan that worked for both parties. I hope I don't have any further clogged sewer issues, but if I do, they will be my first call!
